SMGR is a 105+ member physician-owned, multi-specialty medical group that has served the City of Santa Rosa and surrounding areas for over 10 years. The organizations plan is to grow to 115 medical group physicians and 120,000 patients by 2012. SMGR physicians practice at Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation (SPMF) care centers in Sonoma County and surrounding communities. SPMFs physician services are exclusively provided by SMGR. Plans are in place for the construction of a complete outpatient services center in Santa Rosa (anticipated opening early 2013) which will include ambulatory surgery, endoscopy, imaging, laboratory and medical offices.
